Since leaving the Royal Marines back in 2007, I have accumulated a vast amount of experience in delivering Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning support to both amateur and professional (including elite) athletes. Such experience has included leading the planning and delivery of Strength and Conditioning support to professional football and rugby union clubs, at both senior and academy levels. I also have achieved accredited status with both the National and UK Strength and Conditioning Associations. In addition to practical experience, I also have experience of conducting research through both my undergraduate and PhD work, which I have both published in peer-reviewed journals ..
