Terms

Conditions
1.
This
competition
(“Competition”)
is
organized
by
Blogmusik
SAS
(“Deezer”)
and
is
open
to
all
residents
of
Belgium
and
Luxembourg
aged
18
years
or
over.
Proof
of
age
may
be
required.
Employees
(or
family
members
of
employees)
of
any
group
company
of
Deezer,
companies
associated
with
the
Competition
and
all
affiliates
of
such
companies
may
not
enter
this
Competition.
2.
Entrant
will
be
deemed
to
have
accepted
these
Terms
and
Conditions
and
agreed
to
be
bound
by
them
when
entering
this
Competition.
3.
Deezer
reserves
the
right
to
amend
these
Terms
and
Conditions
at
any
time.
4.
In
order
to
be
an
eligible
entry
to
the
Competition,
the
entrant
will
need
to
answer
correctly
to
one
(1)
question
on
the
page
of
the
Competition
accessible
on
www.deezer.com
and
provide
his
full
name
and
email
address
(in
order
for
Deezer
to
send
the
Prize
described
in
Section
11
below).
5.
Maximum
of
one
entry
per
person.

Starting
Date:
January
28th
2013,
4
pm
CET.
7.
Closing
Date:
February
5st
2013
12
pm
CET.
Entries
received
after
the
Closing
Date
will
not
be
counted.
Proof
of
submission
of
an
entry
will
not
constitute
proof
of
delivery
and
no
responsibility
will
be
accepted
for
lost,
corrupted,
delayed
or
mislaid
entries.
8.
Deezer
does
not
accept
responsibility
for
network,
computer,
hardware
or
software
failures
of
any
kind,
which
may
restrict
or
delay
the
sending
or
receipt
of
an
entry.
Entries
must
not
be
sent
in
through
agents
or
third
parties.
Incomplete
entries,
and
entries
which
do
not
satisfy
the
requirements
of
these
Terms
and
Conditions,
will
be
disqualified
and
will
not
be
counted.
9.
The
first
five
(5)
persons
to
have
made
a
complete,
correct
and
eligible
entry
and
received
before
the
Closing
Date,
will
be
designated
as
the
winners
of
the
Competition.
10.
Deezer
will
notify
the
winners
by
email
12
hours
following
the
Closing
Date.
Each
winner
has
to
confirm
the
reception
of
the
email
within
12
hours
of
its
sending.
Once
the
winner
confirms
the
reception
of
the
email,
Deezer
will
send
the
Prize
at
the
email
address
provided
by
the
entrant.
11.
Prize.
a) The
winners
will
receive
two
(2)
invitations
to
the
“Lunch
Beat”
that
will
take
place
at
the
Thon
Hotel
EU
in
Brussels,
Belgium
on
February
7th
2013
from
12.30
pm
–
13.30
pm
(the
Prize).
b) There
is
no
cash
alternative
to
the
Prize
(or
any
part
of
it).
c) The
Prize
(or
any
part
of
it)
is
non-­‐refundable
and
non-­‐transferable.
12.
Any
transportation,
catering
and/or
accommodation
expenses,
that
may
be
incurred
by
winners
to
attend
the
concert,
shall
be
supported
solely
by
the
winners.
13.
If
a
winner
is
not
able,
for
any
reason,
to
accept
the
Prize,
or
cannot
be
contacted
by
email
or
does
not
confirm
the
reception
of
Deezer’s
email
mentioned
in
Section
10.
of
the
present
Terms
&

within
24
hours
of
its
sending,
Deezer
reserves
the
right
to
award
the
Prize
(or
any
part
of
it)
to
another
eligible
entrant.
14.
Except
in
the
case
of
death
or
personal
injury
arising
from
its
negligence,
or
in
respect
of
fraud,
and
so
far
as
is
permitted
by
law,
Deezer
and
its
associated
companies
and
agents
exclude
responsibility
and
all
liabilities
arising
from:
a)
Any
postponement
or
cancellation
of
the
Competition,
and
b)
Any
changes
to,
supply
of
(including,
without
limitation,
prizes
which
do
not
reach
the
intended
recipient),
or
use
of
the
Prize,
and
c)
Any
act
or
default
of
any
third
party
supplier,
which
are
beyond
Deezer’s
reasonable
control.
15.
Winners
agree
to
allow
Deezer
to
use
their
name
and
likeness
for
advertising
and
publicity
purposes
without
additional
remuneration.
16.
Apart
from
the
above
use
of
winners’
names,
Deezer
will
use
each
winner’s,
and
each
entrant’s,
personal
details
for
the
purpose
of
administering
this
Competition.

17.
If
the
entrant
has
opted
in,
Deezer
and
its
business
partners
may
use
the
details
he
gives
in
the
inscription
form
to
contact
the
entrant
for
marketing
purposes
by
phone,
post,
email
and/or
SMS.
18.
This
Competition,
and
any
dispute
or
claim
arising
out
of
or
in
connection
with
it,
shall
be
governed
by
and
construed
in
accordance
with
the
law
of
Belgium.
The
entrant
irrevocably
agrees
that
the
courts
of
Austria
shall
have
exclusive
jurisdiction
to
settle
any
dispute
or
claim
that
arises
out
of
or
in
connection
with
this
Competition.
