1. A Rainy Day
One day, it was raining and I told my sister Jade to come see the rain that was pouring down
the window. My mother then came behind us and she surprised us with a nice and warm cup
of hot chocolate. Soon after, thunder struck and a storm started to form so we turned on our
radio and played a few songs to drown out the noise. A sugary packet of biscuits later, the sun
came out and a rainbow could be seen from our kitchen window. I was happy by the drops
of water which sparkled in the light of the sun and rainbow. After this, I called my friends
Jolene and Aisha online. We played so many fun games together. My cousins soon arrived at
my house and we played hide and seek. Many games of being a seeker made me very tired
so we all fell asleep on the living room couch.
