I am a catalyst for postive change. I have a degree in exercise physiology and Registered Nursing. I have spoken for national healthcare conferences and local non-profit groups. I work closely with the Montana Diabetes Prevention program as an exercise consultant and have just finished my instructor training in the Tiny Habits for Behavioral Change Academy with Dr. BJ Fogg from Stanford University. My focus is motivation toward service through better self care and wellness.
