Joey has successfully addressed the difficulties Impark faced in recent months and restored confidence in the company. Since February, Impark has seen an increase in parkers and revenue in Halifax. Customer service has improved and a previously unproductive area of a parking lot has been filled. The Province of Nova Scotia thanks Impark for its hard work and looks forward to continuing their working relationship.

This letter is to identify the positive changes I have noticed with the Halifax Impark

been addressed and our confidence with the company has been restored with Joey at
the helm.
Since February, we have seen an increase of parkers and revenue and Joey has
successfully filled a non performing portion of our South Street lot. Customer service is
at its prime.
On behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia, thank you for all your hard work. We look
forward to our future working with you and lmpark.
Yours truly,
