Who are we?
Abika Consulting was founded in April 2009, with the aim of supplying
world class sales talent to software & IT services organisations in the UK &
throughout EMEA.
Fast forward to 2015 and we will have placed over 2000 + mid to senior
sales executives and delivery consultants in that year alone, displacing
highly disruptive opposition to the favour of our clients.
The reason why have grown 200% then 90% in successive years in an
industry which has consolidated 20% then 15% is because we deliver total
value to our customers – saving time by truly understanding the brief and
then executing time after time.

What does ABIKA do ?
• Abika’s entire mission is to deliver value to client organisations, by finding
those client organisations the very best resource out there on a time limited
delivery schedule, on a no-risk or shared risk basis.
• £60K OTE - £200k OTE plus basic salary packages is the market we operate in.
• Covering :
• All sales positions from Inside Sales; territory managers through to EVP of
sales, across all technology & service sets ;
• All consulting positions, both functional & technical ;
• Covering all territories in EMEA.
Who Do We Do it For ?
Pricing Model/ Approach
• Our pricing is reflective of what our clients want us to do and how much time we need to
spend
to reach a concluded and successful mandate.
• If discretion, urgency, or need are items near the top of the hiring agenda, we recommend
retained services.
RETAINED
Entire pre-screening process done by us, including reference checking, CRB checking, pedigree ;
100 hours a week of research, head-hunting, profiling & thorough qualification of a long list ;
Submittal of a short list within 2 to 3 weeks ;
Guaranteed conclusion of any search within 8 to 10 weeks, subject to client availability ;
• Chargeable in equal instalments totalling 25% to 30% of salary package, dependant on the
amount
of time required.
CONTINGENT
Qualified matches provided to client following a 60 minute profiling session.
No guarantees from Abika other than to only submit qualified matches as we find them.
• Chargeable on successful completion of the mandate in one payment, as 20% of basic
package.
How do we do it?
CANDIDATE SOURCING
• Headhunting approach typically using LinkedIn
• Abika’s CRM coded database, which has been built up over the last 6 plus years of the
company’s history
• Referrals from industry professionals
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION
• Initial phone interview qualification typically 20-30 minutes; including reference taking; work
history details
• Face to face meeting to establish a working relationship with the candidate
• Presentation of Resume to the client with full breakdown of the individuals history and
requirements
