I currently assist in troubleshooting social issues for ATA's many vibrant gaming communities.
Responsibilities include :
* sleuthing account situations to trouble shoot and resolve player issues
* updating and optimizing support team workflow and processes
* managing and mentoring a team of moderators across all the companies games
* resolving community disputes and social situations in game and outside of it
* handling public outreaches when incidents occur
Over the last year I have moved from general emails to more specialized social issue troubleshooting.
