My passion and expertise is in the psychology of technology. I have created and am developing a concept called Digital Nutrition - a framework for teaching principles of a healthy, sustainable relationship to technology. Digital Nutrition was awarded the 2014 NSW Premiers Teaching Scholarship for Health Education. I am a Masters of Applied Science candidate at Sydney University's Health Sciences Faculty, where I am investigating the role of emotion coaching in preventing Problematic Internet Use (PIU).
