2. About The Dimensional Group
Dimensional Graphics Corporation began in January, 1987 as a custom
manufacturer of screenprinted and die cut products. Our business has From Decals...
grown over the years due to the quality of our products, our ability to satisfy
our customers’ needs, and our responsive customer service. As we grew, we
acquired other companies, which added to the diversity of our product line
and allowed us to offer many products and services to our customers, all
under one roof, all made in the U.S.A.
In January, 1994, DGC acquired Risto, a local manufacturer of sewn leather
and vinyl products since the 1950’s, selling primarily to the truck stop
marketplace. Risto’s operation was integrated into the DGC facility, and
facilitated our entrance into the Advertising Specialty arena.
In August, 1997, DGC purchased The Printing Office, a commercial offset
printing and bindery operation since 1950, and relocated it to the Mason City
facility. This acquisition made DGC a full-service printing company.

In March, 2001, DGC purchased Midwest Plastics. In business since 1962,
Midwest Plastics manufactured heat sealed products such as custom im-
printed binders, checkbook covers, portfolios and many other sealed items.
This operation was also integrated into the Mason City facility.
March, 2006 brought the acquisition of Acme Tag and Label, a company
located in Minneapolis since 1905. Acme offered flexographically printed
labels and tags for use in all industries, and was integrated into DGC.
In 2008, DGC acquired Stoyles Graphic Services, a full service commercial
printer in Mason City since 1931, and became The Dimensional Group. The
Stoyles’ 60,000 square foot facility now houses all printing operations, and
the Jackson Avenue building is home to all heat sealing operations as well as
to Heat Sealed products...

As TDG has grown, it has integrated all the manufacturing of its divisions into one
seamless operation, which translates into products that are created efficiently,

TDG is a unique custom manufacturer, which provides our customers with:
• A fully staffed Art Department, able to create art as well as prepare
customer art for press.
• Screen printed products which range from OEM decals to lexan
faceplates to custom imprinted heat sealed products.
• Offset printed products, including brochures, fliers, newsletters,
multi-part forms, as well as a complete bindery with folders and
mailing equipment, allowing us to offer complete bulk mailing services.
• Heat sealed products which can be custom imprinted, foil stamped
and debossed, and include products such as three ring binders,
ATM holders, checkbook covers and portfolios.
• Flexographically printed products which include labels of many
sizes and shapes, and tags for every use.
