Jennifer Tessena is the former Head Nurse of the Butterfly wing at the Pines Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Olean, NY from 2008-2014. She is now pursuing self-actualization and a PhD in her other field of expertise--psychology. She received both her BSN and BS in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, PA, her hometown and current location. Prior to her employment at the Pines, she worked from 2006-2007 as a Registered Nurse at the Bradford Regional Medical Center on the telemetry, medical-surgical, and pediatric units. Jennifer Tessena is a self-proclaimed optimist and positivist, that believes happiness is a choice.
