This is a letter of recommendation from a coworker for Ms. Jennifer Netzer. I have known Ms.
Netzer for over ten years. We have worked together in two medical settings, one of which was
Brightstar care and the other at Ocean Trail Convalescence and Rehabilitation Center.
Jennifer Netzer, even from an early age knew she wanted to be in the medical field. I have never
known an individual so driven to help others at her age when we had first met. At Ocean Trail, I
had trained her; she was only eighteen and would have worked sooner, had the company not
insisted she be at least eighteen to work for them. Fresh out of high school she was more caring
and considerate than most anyone twice her age. She was exceptionally mature, despite her
young age.
Years later, we both found ourselves accidentally again working for the same company,
Brightstar. I again met Jennifer with the same passion and commitment as ever. She still wanted
to be in the medical field. She was now attending school to become a Surgical Technologist. She
said she found her true calling and could not be happier or more exited.
Jennifer is an old soul. She is always happy, very appreciative, and understanding. She is kind to
everyone, even if they do not seem to deserve it. She works very hard and does not dwell on
negativity. She builds from advice, and others experiences which I feel has only made her even
more of an absolute asset to anyone, employer or friend.
