Some of my friends know me as Jeff AKA The Camera Guy.... I'm an avid boater and occasional photographer and have even been spotted on stage with a few bands with my camera in hand... Since last summer I've been on a mission to get back in shape and eat right. Since then I've lost over 35 lbs and now fell better than I have in many years.... I even lost 10 lbs during the holidays believe it or not... I'm getting closer to my goal but will continue to eat the way I should and get plenty of good exercise plus try to tone some of those problem areas... Hey I want to look good out on the water this summer!!!!
