1. Jeff Hughes is responsible for the overall creative design, imple-
mentation and skillful execution of The Huestudio + Company,
LLC’s branded event + experiences portfolios. With over 30 +
years of varied experiences in crafting, designing and producing
distinctive special events, Jeff brings a unique perspective and
high level mastery to any corporate event, training experience,
company or organization.
With an intense focus on client satisfaction and overall excellence,
Jeff has expertise in special event planning and production,
training and facilitation, program design and development, wed-
ding production, strategic recognition, rewards + appreciation
program design and execution, employee enrichment, customer
service quality, building strong cultures, and corporate consulting.
Jeff has also: hauled hay, cooked hamburgers at McDonald’s,
milked cows, waited tables, owned an antique shop, tended bar,
plowed fields, trained Boy Scouts as a high adventure ranger,
taught gifted children in art museums, built snow caves on
Outward Bound adventures, appraised fine art, volunteered in
the community and has never met an issue that couldn’t be
solved through creative thought, perseverance and commitment
to excellence.
Jeff holds a BA in Arts Administration from the University of
Kentucky in Lexington and attended The Art Institute of Chicago
with a MA in Art Education. In his spare time, he and his wife
Penny are avid golfers, take vitamins and travel the world
exploring exotic and romantic destinations.
