Letter of Recommendation: Jeanette Wong Zhen Rui
I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Ms Jeanette Wong
Zhen Rui.
Jeanette took six months off from school at Singapore Management
University to intern with Great Eastern Life Assurance under my charge at
Group Customer Experience & Innovation (CXI) department from January to
June 2015. During her time in Group CXI, Jeanette not only showed a
healthy level of curiosity in trying to understand the insurance industry, but
also displayed a level of maturity in her approach to problem-solving and
interaction with the various stakeholders she had to work with.
While confident and expressive with her views, I also found Jeanette very
open to learning. In the instances where I had the opportunity to offer her
“constructive criticism”, she was very welcoming of the advice and even
asked questions to understand more deeply what she needed to do to
improve herself.
Overall, I would describe Jeanette as a passionate, energetic and intelligent
young lady who would make a great addition to any team.
