Hello!
I am writing this as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service recently provided
to me by your team member, Jeanavive Janssen. She was a great help to me in my research about your
gorgeous yachts and unprecedented service. Her knowledge of the process is wonderful and her
remarkable ideas and pragmatic communication skills are to be applauded.
Jeanavive is an impressive professional who actually seemed genuinely interested in helping answer my
many questions in an informed manner while always being swift to respond via email and
phone. Unfortunately, we both know that is a rare commodity these days. Hence we are extremely grateful
for the time and effort she exhausted on our behalf. We are still trying to sort out dates, however I am very
grateful for the accommodating and delightful experience thus far, no matter if we engage or not. That
said, we certainly are hoping to see you all soon on one your magnificent floating paradises.
