Qualifications
I recently completed my internship to fulfill my degree requirements in construction management. Participating in all
aspects of the construction field from actual hands on work on a job site to helping office staff complete bids and take
off has taught me how to more efficiently manage construction projects and has expanded my professional experience.
Academic Experience
 Member of MCAA Competition Team (Fall 2012–Spring 2013)‐Part of a six person team that created a bid
proposal for a mechanical project.
 Construction Estimating I & II (Spring 2014)‐Constructed Excel estimating workbook, used On Screen Takeoff and
WinEst to produce professional estimates from full plan sets.
 Project Scheduling & Cost Control Class (Fall 2013)‐Created earned work hour reports and used Primavera (P6)
to generate logic flow charts.
 Construction Safety Class (Spring 2013)‐Learned how to properly evaluate risk on a job site while obtaining my
O.S.H.A. 30 hour card.
