I have approximately 5 years work experience in I.T. and mobile device management/configurations and have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, where I graduated with a GPA of 3.9+ and was honored to be one of the student body speakers. I also have 5+ years experience in customer service and two years in management. Through serving on various committees and different positions I have created a solid base for building my knowledge without sacrificing my flexibility to learn and implement new policies, procedures and skills.
