I have been active in Education Recruitment for over 17 years starting firstly as trainee recruitment consultant. I am now a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. I have substantial experience as recruiter, creating teams and building businesses. I have successfully run UK and overseas recruitment campaigns, delivering presentations in the UK and overseas. I have been involved in staff training, new business development and I have been the lead for safeguarding across the organisations I have worked with.
