1. Students must submit several documents for enrollment including an average of 80% or above on their report card, original copies of their PSA birth certificate and baptismal certificate, 2 ID photos, a letter request to their previous school, and a certificate of good moral character from their previous school. 2. Students will be withdrawn if any forgery or falsification of documents is discovered within the first two weeks of school. Students will also be subject to disciplinary proceedings for any misrepresentation. 3. Students are considered enrolled only once they submit all required documents and pay all fees. If a student is dismissed for acts imputable to them, full fees for the entire school year must be paid. Students can email

2. ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION
1. Any forgery or falsification of signature in the document, or any
misrepresentation discovered by the school shall also be ground for
withdrawal of the admission( if discovered, during the first two (2) weeks
from opening of school). Or the student shall be subject to disciplinary
proceedings
3. When a student registers, it is understood that he is enrolling for the entire
year. In the event that the school authorities are forced to dismiss a student for
acts imputable to him, entire fees for the whole school year must be paid in
favor of the school.
2. No student shall be considered officially enrolled unless he/she presents all
the required documents, including the proper transfer credentials and pay all
fees required upon enrollment.
