1. Students must submit several documents for enrollment including an average of 80% or above on their report card, original copies of their PSA birth certificate and baptismal certificate, 2 ID photos, a letter request to their previous school, and a certificate of good moral character from their previous school.
2. Students will be withdrawn if any forgery or falsification of documents is discovered within the first two weeks of school. Students will also be subject to disciplinary proceedings for any misrepresentation.
3. Students are considered enrolled only once they submit all required documents and pay all fees. If a student is dismissed for acts imputable to them, full fees for the entire school year must be paid. Students can email
