5. OKLAHOMA, OKLAHOMA, OKLAHOMA
THE SOONER STATE.
If you have to ask, don’t.
Just know that simply because we say ”ya’ll,” doesn’t mean we are only a fly-over state.
With transaction limits of 3 ounces, and temporary licenses “. . . shall be granted to any medical marijuana
license holder from other states, provided that state has a state-regulated medical marijuana program, and
the applicant can prove he or she is a member of such program. Temporary licenses shall be issued for 30
days.” (Section 1, State Question No. 788, Initiative Petition No. 412 (63 O.S. Supp. 2018, Section 420, F.)
again, goes into effect as of 29 August 2019. Send your Legislator a ”Thank You Note.”

6. ARKANSAS – THE NATURAL STATE (FITTING UNDER THE
CIRCUMSTANCES).
Sooey! They may have gotten off to a slow start, but patients with licenses from another state,
in possession of said license, and a qualifying condition can possess 2.5 ounces every 14 days.

7. RHODE ISLAND – THE OCEAN STATE
While R.I. will allow out-of-state license holders to purchase Medical Cannabis there are a
few requirements:
1. Limit on possession is 2.5 ounces every 15 days
2. You must provide TWO forms of government-issued identification
3. Your home-state must have a tracking database – ENTER OK ON 29 AUG 2019, in case
you did not know.

8. HAWAII – THE ALOHA STATE
Hawaii allows out-of-state patients to apply twice in a calendar year, via an electronic
registration, BEFORE ARRIVAL, so that they can purchase from dispensaries for up to 60 days
upon arrival.
Possesssion limits are over 110 grams every 15 days

9. NEW HAMPSHIRE – LIVE FREE OR DIE
JUST LIKE N.H. RESPECTED THE VICTORY IN WWII WITH THEIR STATE MOTTO THEY TOO
RESPECT OTHER STATES MEDICAL CANNABIS LICENSES.
UNFORTUNATELY N.H. ALLOWS POSSESSION FOR MEDICINAL REASONS BUT DOES NOT
ALLOW PURCHASING FROM STATE DISPENSARIES. HUH?
Possession limit is 2 ounces

10. ARIZONA – THE GRAND CANYON STATE, LEAVES ME WITH A
GRAND HEAD-SCRATCHER!
LIKE THE PREVIOUSLY PUZZLING PROVINCE, NEW HAMPSHIRE, AZ CLAIMS TO
RECOGNIZE OUT OF STATE MEDICAL CANNABIS LICENSES, BUT EVEN A PASSPORT WON’T
GET YOU INTO A DISPENSARY. WHAT??
Patients are allowed to possess 2.5 ounces for medicinal use. I guess the well-known sense of humor
of former Senator John McCain (dec.) was no joke.

11. PENNSYLVANIA – THE STATE OF INDEPENDENCE:
- OR PREVIOUS VERSIONS: “MEMORIES LAST A LIFETIME” (WAIT WHAT WAS I SAYING?), “YOU’VE
GOT A FRIEND IN PENNSYLVANIA” (JUST ONE), OR “AMERICA STARTS HERE,” (WHERE’S THE END?)
Patients can possess up to a 30 day supply of their prescribed amount of Medical Cannabis.

12. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, (EXCEPT WHEN THEY ARE IN
SESSION): WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
I think that should say “Clowns in the Capital,” but nevertheless the District of “Criminal-umbia” does have
a unique system of reciprocity. They recognize Medical Cannabis Programs from states that have a system
that is believed to be the same as their own, “Crook-coction.” Unfortunately that is only 16 of the 33 states
that have legalized Medicinal Cannabis. No doubt PACs and Lobbyists had something to do with these
problematic Pharma-protecting pilferers (Epidiolex . . . *cough, FDA . . . *cough).

13. ALWAYS REMEMBER TRANSPORTING YOUR MEDICINAL
CANNABIS ACROSS THOSE IMAGINARY LINES THAT CARVE UP
OUR NATION IS ILLEGAL, AS IS SHARING YOUR MEDICINE
WITH ANOTHER LICENSED PATIENT.
