James Carlson is a second year management doctoral student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He is currently working on research projects that utilize the lens of regulatory focus. His primary projects are related to individual and organizational creativity, narcissism, and business ethics. Many of James' research questions grow out of his work experience in training and development. He has been accepted to present at the 2013 Academy of Management conference, the 2013 Association for Business Simulation and Experiential Learning conference, and the International Association for Business and Society conference and is working on multiple manuscripts with his facult
