About
I conduct research at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) as a Science Undergraduate Laboratory Intern. At NREL I focus on biomass conversion to hydrocarbon transportation fuels using catalytic fast pyrolysis. I graduated from Montana State University in December of 2016 and will begin my Ph.D. research at Colorado School of Mines in the Fall of 2017. Prior to graduating from MSU I spent two years conducting undergraduate research at the Center for Biofilm Engineering (CBE) studying algal biofuels. I am passionate about the development of renewable energy solutions which will fuel the future.
