James Breeze serves as Research Director for the Southwest U.S., overseeing four researchers throughout California and Arizona. Mr. Breeze began his research career in 2004 as a Specialist, eventually being promoted to Associate, Senior Analyst, and most recently Manager in 2012. Mr. Breeze’s extensive knowledge of industrial real estate began with his work in the Inland Empire. His scope of knowledge has spread over time throughout Southern California and now into Northern California and Arizona.
