I frantically reached out to Jamal as I was quickly approaching 200 lbs at
my 5'4 height. I set a goal to loose 30 lbs. I started working with Jamal
as my personal trainer in November 2015 and it has truly changed my
life. He taught me how to become more active, exercise regularly, eat
healthier and count calories. These tools have empowered me to wear a
fit bit to monitor my daily steps/activity, attend weekly line dancing
classes, purchase exercise gear and cutback on my eating. My favorite
is the fitbit which has lead to family challenges where I sometimes beat

have lost 25 lbs. Not only am I feeling better. I am also looking good
too. My coworkers have noticed and commented on my weight loss. I
recently looked at a photo that I took while I was on vacation and I was
