Dear Sir or Madam:
Unfortunately, we had only a short period of time to benefit from the energy,
enthusiasm, and “can do” attitude that Jaimy Aquino brought to my team at Asurion
Client Services. Normally, we would attempt to allow a new person in the role that
Jaimy filled to take some time to learn systems and adapt to the position. However,
beginning with her first day in the office, we out of necessity tasked Jaimy with
multiple difficult and time-consuming deadlines and meeting-planning tasks that
had to be done right away. Jaimy admirably stepped into the gap and got things
done professionally and completely. In several cases, Jaimy had to make decisions
beyond the norm when situations arose and I was unavailable. In each case, she
made the correct call and resolved the issue.
I’m convinced that any organization would benefit from having Jaimy join them. I ‘m
disappointed that we have thus far been unable to find a permanent role for her at
Asurion, but will continue to assist in attempts to make that happen. In the
meantime, I am more than happy to act as a reference on her behalf.
