What does it eat?




• Iguanas eat insects, leaves, flowers and
  fruit.
How does it find its food?



 • It crawls in the trees of the rainforest.
What layer does it live in?


  • It lives in the Canopy and then maybe
    down to the Understory to find its food.
How does it move?



• It crawls.
Who are its predators?

• The babies get eaten by jungle cats,
  birds,turtles and even large fish.
• The grown ups get eaten by boa
  constrictors, caimans, hawks and eagles.
How does it raise it’s
     young?

• It lives by its self it just lays its eggs and
  leaves.
Special Fact


• They can jump from 40 feet and land
  with a splash in the water and still be
  ok.
