1) From April.2014 Till Now: At Orascom Saudi.
Warehouse Department | Orascom Saudi | Head Office
Title: Senior Stock Controller.
Responsibilities:
It is divided into:-
Coordinate with IT department to modify system functions.
Allocate employees on new projects.
Coordinate between Warehouse, Accounting, Cost and IT departments.
Visit projects regularly to follow up and monitor status.
Follow-up with the Audit Office
Review the purchaser and accountant reign for each project.
Review and enter all Vouchers into the system.
Review program oracle entries for up to 3 - 4 projects.
Review all invoices, Purchase Orders and contracts and compare them with manual vouchers and
Oracle vouchers to make sure there is no repetition in invoices.
Audit transfer of items from project to project, their costs and quantities, and send a status report to
financial management, after being reviewed by the Warehouse Senior Controller.
Submit the inventory report of projects after being review by Warehouse Senior Controller to the
Project Manager.
Follow up and audit the project’s stock control on a monthly basis.
Ensure the delivery of the Original manual vouchers (Receive – issue – return- transfer) to the project
with its serial.
Train and support subordinate Warehouse Assistant.
Prepare the delayed, transfer, and return transactions for all projects.
Prepare the Technical Procurement Department sheets for foreign materials required or materials
required by project’s technical office.
4. 2)From Mar.2011 To Apr.2014: At Orascom Construction Industries.

Project Name: Children’s Cancer Hospital Section at
Alhelal Hospital in Tanta.
Title: Senior store keeper & Oracle user
It is divided into:-
Store material by categories in its proper place.
Ensure the material quantity does not fall below the minimum quantity approved by the
Project Manager.
Issue material depending on approved request from Material Engineer.
Follow daily receipt transactions (sand, gravel, aggregate, powder, etc.) as receipt bones and
create manual voucher of summation of the each item and review that with Security Staff r and
responsible of Procedures Sale of scrap and retirement of equipment.
Follow up on imported items and ensure the shipment contents match the list sent from the
supplier.
Communicate with technical office to determine the rates of depreciation for major raw
materials.
Prepare quarterly inventory sheets and deliver to the Warehouse Management Audit for
review.
Compares between quantities of merchandise in storage, with recorded quantities on Oracle.
Updates daily changes in quantities of merchandise coming in and out of the storage, on
Oracle.
