As founder and co-partner of EM-SME Consultants, LTC (reserve) Deutsch uses his over 25 years of Emergency Management and Societal Resilience experience in the Israel Defense Force to help enhance preparedness in order to deal with emerging emergency situations. Chezy combines his years of hands on experience in Israel, along with his intimate knowledge of the US emergency management structure, knowledge gained through years of coordinating EM cooperation between Israel and the US, in order to assist US customers incorporate Israeli experience and technologies into their existing plans.
