Saksham Kumar, 8 months, Male, Gurgaon, referred
by Rotary Club of Gurgaon (PDG Rtn Dr Sushil
Khurana) was admitted at FEHI on 14 December
2015 for open heart surgery to cure his congenital
heart disease. He is still waiting for open heart
surgery.
Nancy Basuk Kharbibkhiew, 1 year, female from
Meghalaya referred by Rotary Club of Shillong (Rtn
Kiron Joshi) came to New Delhi for admission at FEHI
on 7 December 2015. She underwent open heart
surgery on 9 December 2015 and got discharged
after recuperation on 18 December 2015.

Prince, 5 years, male, Bihar referred by Rotary
Club of Delhi Midwest was admitted at FEHI on 14
December 2015. The child got operated on 22
December 2015. He is still waiting to get
discharged.
Akshay Kumar, 4 years, male, J&K, referred by
Rotary Club of Rajouri (Rtn KK Langer) was
admitted at FEHI on 7 December 2015. He was
operated on 12 December 2015.

Jalal Din Khan, 14 years, male from J&K was
discharged from FEHI hospital after recuperation
on 18 December 2015. He was admitted on 21
November 2015 and operated on 24 Nov 2015.
Abhishek, 17 years, male is from Himachal
Pradesh. He was suffering from ASD. He was
admitted for open heart surgery at National Heart
Institute on 18 November 2015. He underwent
surgery on 25 November 2015.

Suhail (Sohaib) Shargogi, 6 years, male hailing from
Jammu and Kashmir State of India came to Fortis
Escorts Heart Institute on 21 November 2015. He
underwent open heart surgery on 23 Nov 2015.
Mary Khoisai, 16 years, female, belonging to
Manipur was referred by Rotary Club of Imphal.
She, suffering from ACH, was admitted at Saket City
Hospital on 16 November 2015. She underwent
open heart surgery on 20 November 2015.

Jeshmita, 6 years, female, Manipur was suffering
from VSD. She was admitted to Saket City Hospital
for open heart surgery on 5 December 2015. She
underwent operation on 7 December and was
discharged from hospital after recuperation on 12
December 2015.
Mehbooba, 8 years, female, J&K was admitted to
FEHI on 10 November 2015. She was operated on
12 November and discharged from hospital after
total recovery on 23 November 2015
Shishanki, 2 years, female, referred by Rotary Club
of Bareilly was admitted at FEHI on 26 Oct,
operated on 29 Oct and discharged on 9 Nov 2015
Lamneikim, 4 years, female from Manipur was
admitted at Saket City Hospital on 16 November
2015. She was operated for ASD on 24 November
2015. Hospital discharged the child after finding
her fit to go to her native place, on 28 Nov 2015.
Rida, 2.6 years, female, referred by Rotary Club of
Bareilly (PDG Rtn PP Singh) was admitted at FEHI
on 26 October, operated on 30 October and
discharged on 7 Nov 2015 after total recuperation.
Dharam Pal, 16 years, male, referred by Rotary
Club of Bareilly was admitted at National Heart
Institute for patch closure of VSD on 26 October,
operated on 27 Oct and discharged on 2 Nov 2015

Aqlima (Akleema), 17 years, female from J&K
referred by Rotary Club of Rajouri (Rtn KK Langer)
was admitted at FEHI on 19 October, operated on
28 October and discharged on 13 November
respectively.
Kh. Reshika, 1.5 years, female, Manipur reached
Delhi on 12 October for admission at Saket City
Hospital. She underwent open heart surgery on 15
October. After successful surgery and recuperation,
she was discharged on 19 October 2015.
Sukham Silvia Devi, 8 years, female, referred by
Rotary Club of Imphal (Rtn Radhe) was admitted at
National Heart Institute for VSD closure on 12
October, operated on 13 October and discharged
on 21 October 2015
Th Ibungo, 3 years, male, Manipur reached Delhi
on 12 October for admission at Saket City Hospital.
He was operated on 20 October and after
successful open heart surgery and recuperation
discharged on 26 October 2015

Bhairavi Sharma, 7 months, female referred by
Rotary Club of Jammu City was admitted at FEHI on
28 September 2015. She was operated on 30
September and discharged from hospital on 15
October 2015.
Mahima, 6 years, female, J&K was admitted at FEHI
on 5 October 2015. She underwent successful open
heart surgery on 19 October 2015. She got
discharged after recuperation on 5 November 2015
Sonali Kumari, 10.4 years, female from Bihar
referred by Rotary Club of Delhi Rajdhani was
admitted at AIIMS, New Delhi on 30 Nov, operated
on 1 Dec and discharged on 8 December.
Namanpreet, 4 years, male, from New Ashok
Nagar, Delhi referred by Rotary Club of Delhi East
End was admitted at FEHI on 5 October 2015. He
underwent open heart surgery on 6 October and
subsequently got discharged after recuperation on
14 October 2015
Ng Rocks, 1 year, male from Manipur was
admitted at Saket City Hospital on 28 September
2015. He was suffering from VSD. He was operated
on 29 September and got discharged from hospital
after recuperation on 30 September 2015

Manglemngamba, 2.5 years, male from Manipur
reached Delhi on 22 Sept 2015. He was admitted at
Saket City Hospital and operated on 23 Sept 2015.
After recuperation, Manglemngamba was
discharged from hospital on 28 Sept 2015.
Manseerat Kaur, 9 months, female from Jallandhar,
Punjab, was admitted at FEHI on 21 Sept 2015. She
underwent open heart surgery on 23 Sept 2015.
She was discharged from hospital 6 October 2015.
Thanggoulen, 15 years, male, Manipur was
suffering from Triscuspid Aanulopasty and VSD
closure. He underwent the procedure at Saket
City Hospital on 25 Sept after having admitted at
hospital on 22 Sept. He was discharged from Saket
City hospital, Saket, New Delhi on 7 October 2015.
O Minarani Devi, 13 years, female, Manipur came
to NHI hospital on 22 Sept 2015. She was suffering
from ASD. She was operated on 30 September
2015. After recuperation, she was discharged from
hospital on 7 October 2015
Admission dates of children for open heart
surgeries at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New
Delhi for January and February 2016 and National
Heart Institute, New Delhi for January 2015 have
been already finalised and informed the GOL
Coordinators for onward transmission to
beneficiaries selected for reporting on given dates.

Jesermphy Leikha, 11 years, female, Manipur
was admitted at NHI on 14 September 2015.
After successful surgery on 18 Sept and
discharge on 27 Sept 2015, Jesermphy left for
her native place. She was discharged after
finding her fit.
Mahi Soni, 3 years, female from Delhi came to
FEHI on 14 September 2015. She underwent
open heart surgery on 16 September 2015.
She was referred by PDG Rtn Ashok Agarwal,
Rotary Intl Dist 3240. She was discharged from
hospital on 21 September 2015

New Delhi India jointly with International
partners will organise Global Grant project
for open heart surgery of 20 selected
Zambian children at Delhi hospitals.
Kishore Kumar, 4 months, male from Udhampur,
Jammu and Kashmir was admitted at FEHI on 14
September 2015. She was operated on 18
September 2015. She was discharged on 9 October
2015 from hospital.
Harleen Kaur, 6 months, female, Rajouri, J&K was
admitted at FEHI on 7 September 2015. After
successful open heart surgery on 9 September, she
was discharged on 15 September 2015.

In Zambia, there are large of number of children
suffering from CHD. With GOL intervention, lives of
many of these innocent children will be saved.
These children will travel to New Delhi India for
open heart surgery. The project will be
implemented in the first half of year 2016. In the
past, many children from Zambia and other African
nations were operated at Delhi hospitals under
GOL.

Thokchom (Roben) Sanjay Singh, 15 years, male,
Manipur was suffering from ASD. He was admitted
at NHI on 1 Sept 2015. He underwent open heart
surgery on 4 September and upon follow up he was
discharged from hospital on 13 September 2015.
Rajni Devi, 12 years, female from Jammu & Kashmir
was admitted at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute on 31
August 2015. Open heart surgery was done on 3
Sept. She was discharged on 11 September 2015.
Shivansh, 6 months, male, J&K was admitted at FEHI
on 17 Aug, operated on 25 Aug and discharged on 7
Sept 15 upon recuperation.
Himmat Khan, 12 years, male, Manipur was
admitted at NHI on 1 Sept 2015. He was found
suffering from ASD. He was operated on 3 Sept.
Upon recuperation, he was discharged from
hospitals on 13 September 2015.
Ch Bhushan, 5 years, male, Manipur was admitted
at Saket City Hospital on 25 August 2015. He was
operated on 2 September 2015. Bhushan was
discharged from hospital on 7 September 2015

Minchong Kipgen, 4 years, female, Manipur came to
Escorts hospitals on 2 September 2015. She
underwent open heart surgery on 4 September
2015. On 17 September 2015, she was discharged
from hospital.
AB Mairidibou, 9 years, male, Manipur was
suffering from VSD. He was admitted at National
Heart Institute on 27 August 2015. He was operated
on 28 August 2015. Mairidibou was discharged from
hospital on 7 Sept 2015.
Mohd Aslam Khan, 12 years, male, Manipur was
admitted at NHI on 17 Aug, operated for VSD+PFO
on 22 Aug and discharged after recuperation on 1
Sept 2015
Thoungojam Sonia Devi, 12 years, female, Manipur
was admitted at NHI on 22 August 2015. She
underwent open heart surgery for ASD closure on
25 August 2015. Upon recuperation, she was
discharged from hospital on 3 September 2015
Widambou Damai, 15 years, male, Manipur came
to National Heart Institute on 17 August 2015. He
underwent open heart surgery for ASD closure on
21 August 2015. Upon total recuperation, he was
discharged from hospital on 1 September 2015.
Vishali, 5 years, female, J&K was admitted at FEHI
on 25 Aug 2015, operated on 23 Aug and
discharged on 8 September 2015
