The Post Tsunami Agricultural and Fisheries Rehabilitation Programme (PTAFRP) is funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The project focuses on the restoration of agriculture and fisheries sector to pre tsunami levels and its return to sustainable long term growth while aiming to reduce the vulnerability of the sectors to natural disasters. The Ministry of Fisheries, Agriculture and Marine Resources is looking for experienced individuals that could support PTAFPR to set up and implement an effective M&E system to monitor the results of the programme.
