IDFC Hybrid Equity Fund is an open-ended hybrid scheme that invests predominantly in equity (65-80%) and debt (20-35%). It seeks to provide relative stability from debt investments and potential growth from equity. The equity portion follows a diversified multi-cap strategy and the debt portion follows a high quality short to medium duration strategy. As of December 2020, the fund had 77.28% invested in equity and 22.72% in debt, with large caps making up 68.45% of the equity allocation.
