schooling. Duringhis studies, Henry worked withthe Institute of
Horticulture in Europe wherehis dutiesincluded the managementof
field research studies on the effects of pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers
and fungicideson variousplants and grains. Henry’s subsequent
reports, with recommendations, weresubmitted to the governmentfor
implementation.

landscapemaintenancewith extensive knowledgeand experiencein
botany of plants and landscapeconstruction, irrigation and drainage.
