Heart Healthy Solution is about maintaining a good health through a nutrition and an active life. We first became involved with Nutrim, an oat beta glucan powder that helps lower cholesterol without drugs, through personal experience. My cholesterol was on the high side of normal despite eating the right foods and exercising regularly. I wanted to avoid drugs if possible and my doctor suggested Nutrim. I quickly saw improvement, not only in lowering my LDL, but also in lower accumulation in my arteries. I became a rep for the product in order to help other people.
