I have more than 35 years of experience handling an extremely broad array of sophisticated employee benefits issues for public and private companies, including pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans. I have extensive experience with non-qualified deferred compensation and equity based executive compensation plans, including severance agreements and arrangements for tax-exempt organizations.
