Thank you very much for reaching out.
I got an initial quote from a competitor and was not "sold"
therefore I literally called several different companies and
also e-mail a couple including your company. I have yet
to hear back from the others and was impressed how
quickly I heard back from you.
Harry was persistent yet accommodating and that is
something that I appreciate since I have been in sales and
customer service for most of my career. He was was also
very detailed and made some great recommendations to
get the most of the space we have available.
The install team was also very good. There were on time,
skilled and respectful. They went above and beyond to
accommodate some request that I had including working
in a different room while I was facilitating a webinar from
my home office and moving my wash machine in and out
of the laundry room.
The end product looks great and both my wife and I are
happy with the end result.
