1. Members Council
The Members Council Election information:
1. The Council will consist of three (3) members:
a. Member has to have been a member of Harbor House
for at least 3 months.
b. Council members have to be elected by other members
during election period.
c. Each council member can only serve two consecutive
election terms.
2. The council will serve for a total of 6 months. After the six
months are over a new election will be held.
3. The council is require to meet at least twice (2) a month.
The purpose of the Member’s Council is to give members a better
voice for their club. The council will help decide on what items
that they feel should be sold in the canteen, field trips to places;
organize a special event and much more.
If you wish to run for Member’s Council please let
staff know. Elections will be held on Wednesday
December 23rd. The three elected members will be
announced on that day at 3:00 pm.
