Client Focus: Focused on clients starting or supporting start-ups of consumer-governed, private, nonprofit health insurance plans called Consumer Oriented and Operated Plans, or “CO-OPs.” Experience: - Interfaced with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). - Developed a client’s master MS Project plan required to communicate project progress and request quarterly loan disbursements from CMS/HHS. - Created a client’s website, marketing materials and online project collaboration tool to help them serve CO-OP applicants in other states.
