 Provide assistance to customers in the use of computer equipment and software, with emphasis in
teaching computer proficiency to students.
 Interact and work with professors and TA to ensure the smooth operation of classes or sections in
computer lab.
 Perform basic lab maintenance including monitoring and facilitating printing and lab usages.
