Selective scattered mining on steep stoping(40degree dipping), longwall mining and sequential grid layout mining experience. Operation Management experience on opencast gold mining of a variable thin seam deposit. Mechanised underground mining of board and pillar layout on a Manganese mine. Opencast Managanese Mining experience. Mine design and production planning experience using Gemcom/Surpac on a Opencast Kaolin mine where complex multiple quality parameters had to be taken into consideration. Mine Management experience on a Opencast Kaolin Mining complying to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
