To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to recommend Gail Davis for employment as a personal
assistant/housekeeper. Gail worked for my husband and myself for three years in
Minneapolis immediately prior to her move to California. She was a stellar
employee. Gail was punctual, courteous, honest, caring and a “self-starter.” She
anticipated things that needed to be done and was meticulous about maintaining
the household in an orderly and clean way. She handled everything from putting
away laundry to organizing workmen to handling bank transactions and charitable
donations. We have two dogs, and Gail was devoted to them and took terrific care
of them, including brushing them, long daily walks, feeding them, and just giving
them a great amount of loving attention. Despite our sometimes harsh weather
conditions here in Minnesota, Gail never hesitated to take the dogs out regularly or
do other chores outside. Although my husband’s children (my step-children) are
in their early twenties and only live with us sporadically, Gail was always happy to
help out with their needs as well.
I would give Gail my highest recommendation for employment. Please contact me
if you would like any additional information or would like to discuss this further.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Leni Moore
