- Handling the spare parts service requests from Hungary, Sweden, Norway, Finland,
the Netherlands
- Follow the service process and trace the logistics status until the service is fulfilled
- Arrange the domestics and international logistics for the spare parts service in
Europe region
- Make the regular service analyze and report to customer
- Manage the subcontractors of Huawei for example the logistics suppliers, establish
the logistics delivery platform in Europe region
- The account management of physical spares in each country in Europe region
