Dragi colaboratori,
Va prezentam cateva aspecte referitoare la
eliberarea certificatelor de situatie de
urgenta pe care operatorii economici le pot
obtine in baza unor documente justificative.
Astfel, potrivit art. 12 din Decretul nr.
195/16.03.2020 al Presedintelui Romaniei,
publicat in M. Of. nr. 212/16.03.2020,
privind instituirea starii de urgenta pe
teritoriul Romaniei, Ministerul Economiei,
Energiei si Mediului de Afaceri elibereaza, la
cerere, operatorilor economici a caror
activitate este afectata in contextul COVID-19
certificate de situatie de urgenta in baza
documentelor justificative.
Se mai pot obtine aceste certificate si de la
Camera Nationala, potrivit dispozitiilor art.
28 lit.i din Legea nr. 335/2007.
Camera Nationala este continuatoarea de
drept a Camerei de Comert si Industrie a
Romaniei si avizeaza, la cerere, pentru
societatile romanesti, pe baza de
documentatie, existenta cazurilor de forta
majora si efectele acestora asupra executarii
obligatiilor comerciale internationale.
Potrivit art. 4 lit. j din Legea nr. 335/2007
Camerele Judetene avizeaza existenta
cazurilor de forta majora si influenta acestora
asupra executarii obligatiilor comerciantilor.
Dear collaborators,
We present some aspects regarding the
issuance of emergency certificates that
economic operators can obtain based on
supporting documents.
Thus, according to article 12 of Decree no.
195/16.03.2020 of the President of Romania,
published in the Official Gazette no.
212/16.03.2020, on the establishment of an
emergency situation on the territory of
Romania, the Ministry of Economy, Energy
and Business Environment shall, upon
request, issue emergency certificates to
economic operators affected by the activity in
the context of COVID-19 on the basis of
supporting documents.
These certificates can also be obtained from
the National Chamber according to the
provisions of article 28 letter i of Law no
335/2007.
The National Chamber is the rightful
continuation of the Romanian Chamber of
Commerce and Industry, and endorse, upon
request, for romanian companies, based on
documentation, the existence of force
majeure cases and their effects on the
performance of international trade
obligations.
According to Article 4 letter j of Law no
335/2007 the County Chambers notifies the
existence of force majeure cases and their
influence on the execution of the obligations
of the traders.
