I have extensive advocacy experience and specialise in preparing and presenting matters to Courts and Tribunals. Clients do not need to have a solicitor and a barrister to act for them, I am able to function in both positions and have a thorough understanding of the rules of evidence and how to prepare and successfully conduct any matter. I I am a trained mediator and arbitrator and have experience in all types of dispute resolution including single party experts, references, mediations, mediation-arbitrations, arbitrations, short form hearings, trials and appeals both in the Court of Appeal and at High Court level.
