I am a passionate designer of catering facilities with a track record for delivering commercially successful projects, on time and on budget. Fortunate to have had my own successful Design Consultancy since 1985, I have worked with leading people and companies within the industry and on many prestigious projects. Motivating forces are; a desire to innovate and think outside the box combined with a drive to provide practical and functional environments that reflect my clients’ needs.
