My name is Federica Sivieri, I am contacting you because I would be very interested in
working with your company . I would like to apply for the role of Pastry Demi Chef de Partie. I

I'm 22 years old and I'm Italian, a native of Ferrara (Emilia-Romagna). After finishing my
studies at high school and getting my diploma, I decided to devote myself to what has always
been my passion: baking and pastry making.
Therefore, to improve my knowledge of the craft and learn the techniques and basics that I
believe are necessary to better understand this work, I enrolled in a pastry school and I
gained experience with jobs and internships both in Italy and in England.
For these reasons, wanting to improve and follow my career goal, I wish you will give me the
opportunity to start a career and a professional growth within your company.
I am currently employed in a 5 stars hotel in London, for that reason I would love to have a
chance to prove myself in a great environment as yours. I am available any time for an
