travel jacket.

 Product Screening
After we identify the potential product that is travel jacket, we must first
screen them. In product screening, unsuitable ideas about the travel jacket
are weeded out. After product screening, we have come out with these
ideas to be implement to the Gabratravel jacket:
 Air cushion around the collar
 Earphone Holder
 Pocket to place passport
 Pocket to place table or laptop
 Pocket to place power band
 Built-in glove
 Pocket to place sunglasses
 Pocket to place drinking water
 Concept Testing
Concept testing is used to measures attitudes and intentions at this
early stage of development to measure consumer inexpensive.
We decided to give a random person to test the Gabratravel jacket
and give feedback on how:
 Travel jacket test on vacation
 Travel jacket test on plane, bus, and other transpotation
 2.1 Current market situation
 A decent survey will be carrying out to gain some vital
information about the market situation.
 The purpose of market survey is to determine whether is there
enough of market to support Gabra travel jacket and does the
market have a place for Gabra travel jacket.
 The current market situation shows us that there is less supplies of
multi-function travel jacket.
 Competitions in the market aren’t that tensed.
 The multi-function travel jacket is useful for Malaysian citizens.

Evaluate the performance of staffing, supply lines and supply process
whether it can handle the increased of demand.
Evaluate the performance of customer service department in handling
