1-Where is FABBRI GROUP located?
In Pesaro which is not so far away from Bologna and it is one of the most important furniture district in
the world. Pesaro can boast a solid presence of leading firms in this sector and acquired this position
and fame worldwide thanks to the tradition, the experience and the innovation.
2-Do you have physical catalogues?
No, we have FURNITALY which is a mosaic of all catalogues of our collaborators which we call libraries. It
is an e-catalogue in a folder which can be found in GOOGLE DRIVE. Our libraries can be consulted at any
time by providing us your email address.
3-Do you have local collaborators?
Yes and they speak local language.
4-Do you have a showroom in our country?
For now, we are planning to open one next year
5-Do you sell just luxury furniture?
No. we can provide a list of brands but also furniture with all kind of quality and price, even budget
furniture.
6-How can send all furniture for a big project such as a hotel?
We manage all the logistics from Italy and coordinate all the activities with the customer if there are any
specific need to meet. We have a logistic warehouse where we collect all furniture and accessories
7-I am an interior designer/architect and have seen you have architects/interior designers in your
company..are we competitors?
No, because we normally collaborate with interior designers/architects locally.
9-I have seen FURNITALY but I have not found a price list? How can I see prices?
The products are subdivided according to a letter: A, B, C, D
A is luxury furniture, B high-end furniture, C good quality furniture, D budget furniture.
The price list can be given upon signing of an agreement of not-disclosure between FABBRI GROUP and
the partner/agent/customer/interior designer/architect/property developer.

10-Why do I have to come to you if I have showrooms in my city where I can find brands?
Firstly, we offer a wide range of solutions. Secondly, we have special agreement with manufacturers so
that our prices are always competitive and therefore lower than showrooms. Thirdly, our flexibility
knows no boundaries.
11-My country is so bureaucratic and customs authorities are very strict. Can you deal with this?
Of course! As a matter of fact, we have done projects worldwide and in the most difficult country for
import: Russia and Kazakhstan. Also Nigeria is a tough country and we had no major problem.
It is important to underline that assistance from local partners is desirable in order to speed up the
process of import and avoid problems.
12-I am an architect/interior designer and have seen a strange table in Namibia. I cannot find
anywhere: can you make it for me?
Yes, we are able to provide tailor-made products upon specific request. It is clear that it has a different
cost compared to products on our catalogues.
13-We are a property developer and interior general contractor sometimes do not speak our technical
language. How can you deal with this point?
Our staff have a great deal of experience in this filed and they are qualified from the best Italian
Universities. They are accustomed to speaking the technical language/jargon with civil engineers and on-
site staff and can provide the developer with the necessary information to make the project
management more efficient
14- I am hotel owner and your rending is brilliant and very close to reality…but I am not sure if your
project is really nice. Have you got a solution?
Yes, in our office we can actually make the room of your hotel reality and assemble a sort of mock-up of
the room. Then you are invited in our office in Pesaro to see the concrete result of the project!
15- I am an architect and I have seen your FURNITALY but I want to do a mix-up: 80% Italian style, 20%
local style. Is that possible?
Absolutely! We are open to any solution!

16-I have opened FURNITALY but I do not understand the letters? Are they codes?
Letters are used to classify the price range of the furniture
A-Luxury furniture
B-High-end furniture
C-Good quality furniture
D-Budget furniture
17-I am an architect/interior designer but I have seen you do the projects by yourself. I think we are
competitors.
Absolutely not! The majority of the projects we have done was realized with local partners like you. We
have internal architects for some turn-key projects and to interface technically with architects/interior
designers like you.
18-Do you have any local company helping you to mount/fit and do the cleaning after the operations?
Yes, we send Italian supervisors to optimize the whole process and we hire local companies to mount/fit
the furniture and accessories, according the to specs agreed with the customer. The percentage of local
staff and Italian staff depend on the request of the customer and his budget.
19-I have read that you take care of the BOQ? What do you mean with BOQ?
The BOQ is a document used in the construction industry in which materials, parts, and labour (and their
costs) are itemized. It also (ideally) details the terms and conditions of the construction or repair
contract and itemizes all work to enable a contractor to price the work for which he or she is asking a
quotation.
20-As some items should be very cheap, can you source stuff in China or locally?
Of course we can: we always follow the requests/requirements of our customers, although we normally
source 100% of the items in Italy.
21-Do you work with a project management philosophy?
Yes we do. We make several docs in order to keep track of the project properly and timely.
