Mr. Evert Verhagen is a senior project manager working for his companies Creative Cities and REUSE. Following the successful development of the Westergasfabriek project he started Creative Cities in January 2006 and after that in January 2007 REUSE. He now works in different regeneration projects in the Netherlands and throughout the world. He started working for the district of Westerpark as the manager for public works in 1990. He was the project manager responsible for the Westergasfabriek project for fifteen years.
