srečujemoKot udeležence v prometu najpogosteje
naslednje skupine oseb sposebnimi potrebami:
 gibalno ovirane osebe,
 slepe in slabovidne osebe,
 gluhe in naglušne osebe,
 dolgotrajno bolne osebe,
 starejše osebe.
PREDSTAVITEVZAHTEVINVALIDNOSTI
Potencialno problematična območja javnih površin za
gibalno ovirane in delno gibalno ovirane osebe so lahko:
• pešpoti, pločniki, pasaže, hodniki,
• trgi, ploščadi, prehodi za pešce,
• podhodi in nadhodi,
• zunanje stopnice in klančine,
• detajli ulične opreme in
• parkirne površine.
GIBALNO OVIRANI
Pri splošnih prilagoditvah je, pri novogradnjah in rekonstrukcijah vseh
objektov v javni rabi in drugih javnih površin, potrebno upoštevati
nekaj osnovnih pravil:
• eliminiranje ovirna pešpoteh in pločnikih
• opozarjanje na nevarnosti in
• zagotavljanje čim boljše orientacije.
SLEPIINSLABOVIDNI
Pri prilagoditvah za gluhe in naglušne gre za enostavnejši problem,
če te osebe nimajo še kakšne dodatne ovire, saj je večina
informacij v mestnem prometnem prostoru podana v vizualni obliki.
Ta vrsta udeležencev v prometu praviloma ne potrebuje svojih
ločenih površin
GLUHIINNAGLUŠNI
Ljudje pogosto zamenjujemo pojem motnje v duševnem razvoju s
pojmom duševne bolezni. Pomembno je, da poznamo osnovno
razliko:
• Duševno bolni ljudje in
• ljudje z motnjo v duševnem razvoju.
