PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
City of Chicago Traffic Management Authority. Chicago, IL June 2005-Present
Position: Traffic Control
 Manage and direct traffic in highly populated areas for professional events
 Determine the safety of pedestrians to enter or exit restricted areas
 Drive MOT (Management of Traffic) vehicle to and from project and work sites.
 Adhere to and carry out all Traffic Controller policies and procedures to ensure public safety
 Check work zone throughout shift to be sure items are still in their proper location.
 Install, remove and reset delineators, signs, posts and supports.
 Shop work which may include general maintenance and repair of equipment.
Kennedy-King College, Chicago, IL June 2005- December 2008
Position: Customer Service Representative
 Assisted students in registering for credit courses
 Managed the coordination of payroll for departmental staff.
 Maintained and facilitate the purchasing of office resources.
 Overseen and provided all departmental needs.
 Input, update and maintain all job orders and student records in database system
Navy Pier, Chicago, IL June 2002- August 2005
Position: Pier Lead
 Managed & operated entertainment rides for tourist visiting Navy Pier amusement park
 Trained new employees on all equipment used.
 Attended appropriate planning, organization and other event and facility meetings in support
of facility operations.
 Monitored and supervised ride set-up when necessary
Rush Presbyterian St Luke Hospital, Chicago, IL June 2001- August 2001
Position: Volunteer Worker
 Assisted patients with filling out charts, assisted lab manager with inputting patient’s data.
 Transported ill patients to various treatment areas within the hospital.
